Description
A Y-peeler with a sharp stainless steel blade and a solid acacia handle. It takes off thin peels, so you waste less of your potatoes, carrots and apples.
The Y-shape works toward or away from you and in either hand. No plastic handle, just wood and steel.
How to use and care
Rinse straight after use, wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher, the wood doesn't like it.
A drop of care oil on the handle now and then keeps the acacia from drying out.
