These terms of sale apply to all purchases made through this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Properware is a brand of CPLT Digital Retailing, which operates this site and sells directly to you.

2. Products
We sell wooden kitchen tools, such as cutting boards and utensils, and their accessories under our own brand. Descriptions, sizes and care instructions are shown on each product page. Because every piece is made from natural wood, grain and color vary and no two pieces are exactly alike. Photographs are illustrative and packaging may vary.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, a price was shown in obvious error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you order, by the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
6. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our refund policy sets out the 30-day money-back guarantee, the 1-year warranty and how refunds work.
8. Care and use
Wooden products need simple care: hand wash, dry straight away and oil now and then. Do not put them in the dishwasher, soak them or leave them near direct heat. Damage caused by not following the care instructions is not covered by the warranty.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your US state of residence gives you.
