Description
A balloon whisk with stainless steel wires and a solid acacia handle. For eggs, cream, batter, dressings and gravy, with no plastic or silicone near your food.
The wires are springy enough to whip cream and stiff enough for thick batter. The handle is turned from acacia, so the grain on yours will be a little different from the photos.
How to use and care
Rinse straight after use, wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher, the wood doesn't like it.
A drop of care oil on the handle now and then keeps the acacia from drying out.
